Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds for board credits, subscriptions and utility goods will be handled.

01 Payment status
Online payment is not yet connected on this site. Payment provider pending: no card details are collected and no charges are taken at this time. The terms below will apply once checkout is enabled.
02 Board credits
Unused board credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10% of the credits in the pack have been spent. Credits that have been used to generate or export boards are non-refundable.
03 Subscriptions
Studio subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current month once the rolling credit allowance has been issued, unless required by law.
04 Utility goods
For ordinary utility goods, you may request a refund or return of unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the Shipping & Returns policy. Return postage may be your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
05 How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@mcmillantask.shop with your order reference and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to process approved refunds to the original payment method once checkout is connected.
06 Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, which are not affected. MCMILLAN TASK LIMITED is registered at Unit 1 Shawbridge Industrial Estate, 239 Shawbridge Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G43 1QN.
